How To Address an Envelope

Listen, this is a judgment-free zone. Let’s learn the steps.

1. Which is the front of the envelope?
   The envelope flap is the back side. The flap should be at the top.

2. Where do I put the To address?
   Your recipient’s name goes in the middle of the front of the envelope.

3. Where do I put my address?
   Your name and address go in the top left corner. This is if something goes haywire while in transit, the post office will know where to send it back.

4. Where do I put the stamp?
   The stamp goes in the top right corner. This shows you paid to have the card mailed.

5. Be sure to seal your envelope.
